Michael is committed to developing strong long-term customer relationships. With over fifteen years in the legal software industry, as a software support technician, customer service team leader and business development manager, Michael has first-hand experience of the challenges that come with change management. Michael’s role here at Smokeball is to understand our clients and leverage innovative technologies to help them become more productive and profitable.
As an Account Manager at Smokeball Laura’s primary focuses are customer satisfaction, account development and customer need assessment. This is achieved by reaching out and assisting clients with any concerns and queries regularly. In addition to this, Laura also ensures our valued clients are always up to speed with Smokeball's newest products and features.
The Smokeball team are always working hard to improve the user experience for our clients. Whether it’s small software updates, enhancements or developing brand new features from the ground up, we listen and take all feedback on-board to build the best legal and conveyancing software for our clients.
Smokeball Australia has come a long way since our inception back in 2016. Over this period we have hit major milestones and added many powerful features and therefore excellent value for Smokeball clients.
