Andrea combines her practical experience of building and leading technology businesses along with a coaching perspective in her work with organisations. She now helps leaders and their teams as they work to adapt, survive and thrive in times of economic and global uncertainty. Whether she’s acting as a non-executive director, an executive coach or a strategic advisor, she applies a blend of practical, coaching and systems-psychodynamic lenses to help leaders resolve the complex challenges facing them.

Her work encompasses Boards, c-Suite leaders, business owners and their teams, especially in support of individual progression, senior role transition and organisational change. She is an INSEAD alumni and a member of Group Relations Australia.
