One of the biggest pieces of feedback we received after we launched our AI matter assistant, Archie, was to create a way for users to save the prompts they used regularly somewhere in Smokeball for easy access. Our goal in creating Archie was to help lawyers save time on those repetitive or menial tasks that take away from the substantive law. Enter: the Archie Prompt Library (APL).

With the APL, Archie users can save, edit, combine and reuse Archie prompts for more consistent Archie results. You can also share the prompts with everyone in your firm to maximise team efficiency. The APL also lets you create more complex requests by combining prompts together!

If you are an Archie-enabled Smokeball user and would like to try out a prompt in the Library, the Smokeball Team have included several pre-configured prompts in there to help you get started. These will appear in your Library along with your personal and firm prompts.
