Being appointed the first female partner in Taits Legal’s 150-year history is a big achievement which deserves recognition, and one that Liana Mahoney, Principal at Taits Legal, is proud to have accomplished.
Being named Partner in 2024 after eight years of working as a lawyer means a lot to Liana, and her drive and work ethic has ensured she has risen to where she is today.
“This appointment means a lot to me personally, it was my drive and determination and my really strong work ethic that got me where I am today”, says Liana, crediting what she believes has driven her success at both the firm and in the law. “ I’m a strong advocate for my clients, but I’m also a strong advocate for myself”.
