together to support Australian conveyancers and lawyers!
Emma is responsible for building out the Forms, Precedents and Matter Types available to our Smokeball clients. From ensuring our Court & Authority Forms are up to date, to planning new Content-driven features -- Emma has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with practice management software to help lawyers and conveyancers get the most out of Smokeball.
Emma is an industry professional, with experience working for small law firms, conveyancers and settlement agents. Emma's expertise in the industry ensures that she understands what Smokeball users need most.
Emma holds a Law Degree and BA with Honours from Western Sydney University.
Milena has lived the life of content for almost 10 years, beginning at LEAP Legal Software and now with Smokeball, including an adventure to set up Smokeball’s Content Team in the Chicago office.
Milena has years of experience working as a legal secretary, particularly in litigation. Combining this experience with her attention to detail ensures she excels in her role as Content Administrator.
Estates Content Specialist
For over 20 years, Karen has worked in the legal industry for general practice firms. Having worked in Estates, Property & Liquor Licensing, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as Estates Content Specialist. Karen understands the necessity for law firms to automate and streamline legal documentation.
Before joining Smokeball, Karen’s previous role in a mid-sized law firm, involved her working very closely with the team at InfoTrack on the successful development of the PlanIT program.
Conveyancing Content Specialist
With 20 plus years of working in law firms in various conveyancing focused roles, Celia comes to us with lots of fresh new ideas and a passion for creating more content that will enhance Smokeball even further.
Celia brings a good understanding of what Smokeball clients need (as she has worked in conveyancing practices) together with a passion for automation and precedent development.
