The new Franchising Code came into effect on the 1st of July 2010. These ammendments will affect the disclosure requirements with respect to a number of aspects of the franchise offer. Covenants for a Sublease is designed to be used in a situation where a franchisor leases premises to a franchisee for the carrying on of a business The License fee in the Schedule. Insert into the Schedule the amount of rent payable by the franchisor under the head lease plus a percentage.
